The executive brief

The decision in front of the business.

Prepare for the system-integrator procurement and its defined technology ecosystem.

01Prepare for the system-integrator procurement and its defined technology ecosystem.

02The business case depends on integration, acceptance and lifecycle performance rather than isolated hardware supply. Signal systems, detection, enforcement analytics, data-centre resilience and command operations must work as a tested system. Interfaces, service levels and responsibility for faults should be addressed early in partner selection.

03Map capabilities against traffic control, enforcement, command and secure infrastructure requirements.

Commercial and operating implications.

Commercial implications

The business case depends on integration, acceptance and lifecycle performance rather than isolated hardware supply. Signal systems, detection, enforcement analytics, data-centre resilience and command operations must work as a tested system. Interfaces, service levels and responsibility for faults should be addressed early in partner selection.

Participation and execution

Qualified system integrators can organise delivery partnerships around roadside technology, software, cybersecurity and operations. C-DAC’s assigned PMC role is distinct from the future system-integrator selection. Suppliers should map the procuring and contracting interfaces when the competitive documents are issued.
