Start with New Delhi.
Confirm the authority. Verify before you pay.
All financial approvals remain exclusively with Dr. Karan Garg, Managing Director.
No cash, personal bank accounts, personal UPI IDs or collections through an associate, relative or intermediary. This applies even if the amount is called a refundable advance, deposit, expense reimbursement, processing charge, commission or facilitation payment.
Any permission to discuss financial terms does not permit personal collection. Pay TLGS only into its designated corporate bank account, held in the name of the legal entity identified in your engagement documents.

A clear limit of authority
All fees, advances, deposits, commissions, reimbursements, refunds, discounts, payment schedules, beneficiary-account changes and other financial commitments require prior written approval from Dr. Karan Garg, Managing Director, for the specific matter.
No other director, adviser, professional, employee, relationship lead, business-development associate or regional or global desk has independent financial approval authority. A title, seniority or professional qualification does not confer it.
Representatives may introduce a requirement and coordinate approved work. They may discuss financial terms only within a matter-specific written authorisation from the Managing Director, independently confirmed by New Delhi. They cannot approve or vary those terms.
The authorised New Delhi management and finance/accounts team may communicate and administer the Managing Director’s approved instructions. Its role does not include independent financial approval. Direct interaction with the client or its authorised decision-maker must take place before any TLGS payment is requested.
Before any payment
Provide your name, organisation and requirement. Establish your own direct contact with the head office, even when someone has introduced you.
Obtain written scope, fees and payment terms approved by the Managing Director. Check the exact TLGS contracting entity and your matter reference. An enquiry or introduction is not acceptance of a mandate.
Obtain an official payment request from the authorised New Delhi finance/accounts team. Independently confirm the full beneficiary name, account number, bank and IFSC; matching only the last few digits is insufficient.
Use only the corporate account confirmed for that engagement. Do not split payments, pay an intermediary or accept an unofficial alternate account. Keep the bank-generated transaction reference.
Ask the New Delhi finance/accounts team to confirm the credit and issue the official receipt. A payment screenshot or a representative’s acknowledgement does not establish receipt by TLGS.
Pause and verify
No. A profile describes an association and area of work; it does not approve your mandate or authorise personal collection. Verify the current role and the proposed payment directly with New Delhi.
Do not pay an individual or alternate account. Urgency, refundability and claimed personal relationships do not change this policy. Obtain direct written confirmation of the approved engagement and corporate beneficiary account.
Stop further payments, contact your bank promptly if you suspect fraud, and email the New Delhi head office with a brief summary. Preserve the original payment record, messages and documents. Do not post bank statements or allegations publicly; arrange a suitable channel for sensitive evidence. Reporting a concern does not itself determine liability or guarantee recovery.
No. These provide information only. Financial approval remains exclusively with the Managing Director, and the authorised New Delhi team must confirm the matter and payment instructions directly with you.
One head office. Direct verification.
Send only a brief non-confidential summary initially. Preserve original evidence and share sensitive records through an agreed channel. Please do not send account passwords, OTPs or full card details.
