About Bharat Pulse

An Indian perspective.
A wider conversation.

Bharat Pulse is TLGS Group’s AI-assisted policy intelligence and dialogue platform, connecting developments across India with the global forces shaping business and public life.

Why Bharat Pulse

Policy, industry and global developments are often discussed in separate spaces. Bharat Pulse brings them into a common frame: what is changing, why it matters and which questions deserve a closer look.

The platform connects TLGS’s institutional and industry engagement with source-linked research and AI-assisted editorial preparation.

Intelligence and dialogue, together.

Research brings evidence and context. Dialogue brings experience and different perspectives. The first collection combines curated intelligence, eight connected themes and real TLGS interactions, with the dialogue series curated and moderated by Dr. Karan Garg.

One platform, a clear identity

Bharat Pulse is a TLGS Group initiative operated by TLGS Consulting Group Private Limited. Its editorial identity sits within the group’s website. Readers can explore intelligence and dialogue while the group’s consulting capabilities retain their own clearly identified sections.

Open in approach. Clear about ownership.

Our approach is non-partisan and cross-sector. The platform welcomes institutional, industry, academic and public-interest perspectives, including differing views. It is not a government body or a representative of any visiting organisation.

TLGS also undertakes commercial advisory work. Material commercial relationships relevant to editorial coverage should be disclosed. Confidential mandates, promises of official access and guarantees of policy outcomes do not belong in the dialogue collection.

Built to develop.

The initial edition is written and photo-led. Recorded interviews, roundtables, validated alerts and additional AI-assisted discovery are future formats, to be introduced as they are implemented and reviewed. Recorded contributions will require the participant’s permission for publication.

Contribute a perspective

A better conversation starts
with a meaningful question.

Institutions, industry, researchers and practitioners can propose a public-interest theme, share a published source or suggest a dialogue. Advisory enquiries continue through the TLGS services channel.
