Research-led litigation preparation, case reconstruction and senior-counsel briefing for complex appellate, constitutional and commercial matters.

Advisory coverage

How TLGS can support you

  • Audit of pleadings, orders, evidence and procedural history
  • Issue-framing, statutory analysis and precedent mapping
  • SLP, writ and written-submission preparation support
  • Senior-counsel conferences, hearing briefs and connected-case coordination
  • Supreme Court; Delhi, Bombay, Madras, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana High Courts; selected District Court matters

Reconstructing the legal, factual and procedural record

High-value disputes often reach the Supreme Court or High Courts after adverse findings, incomplete record-building, unframed issues or inconsistent positions across connected proceedings. TLGS begins with the underlying record rather than treating an appeal as a stand-alone drafting exercise.

The review examines pleadings, evidence, cross-examination gaps, trial and appellate orders, expert reports and the procedural history. Missed issues, incorrect concessions, alternative statutory interpretations and relevant precedents are brought into an issue-focused case structure.

  • Audit of trial and lower-appellate records
  • Chronology and evidence-gap mapping
  • Identification of legal issues requiring appellate consideration
  • Consistency across connected proceedings

A multi-layered litigation methodology

TLGS structures research and documentation around legal issue clusters, statutory mapping and jurisdiction-specific requirements. Annotated compilations, case synopses and written submissions are prepared to help counsel assess the strongest and weakest parts of the matter.

Senior-counsel coordination includes conference notes, pre-hearing briefing and the management of supporting material. Filing and listing coordination is approached as a procedural support function, not a promise of access or outcome.

  • Precedent and statutory research
  • SLP, writ and written-submission preparation support
  • Annotated case bundles and hearing notes
  • Coordination of court-directed timelines

Jurisdiction-specific preparation

The service covers the Supreme Court of India and major High Courts identified in the synopsis: Delhi, Bombay, Madras, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Selected District Court matters in Delhi, Bombay and Bangalore are also within the stated coverage.

For multi-forum disputes, preparation is coordinated to reduce contradictions between factual positions, relief sought and supporting evidence. The appropriate forum and procedural route are determined through review of the actual matter.

Connecting litigation with business decisions

For developers, corporates, financial institutions and promoters, litigation may affect financing, regulatory compliance, stakeholder confidence and commercial continuity. TLGS connects case preparation with those wider consequences.

Parallel legal, documentation, administrative and communication workstreams help clients prepare for both favourable and adverse outcomes. The objective is a coherent, research-backed case and clearer management decisions, rather than an assurance of relief.

  • Boardroom visibility of material litigation risks
  • Funding and regulatory-impact analysis
  • Aligned communication for lenders and investors
  • Coordinated legal and commercial preparation
