The engagement

A physical pharmacy, an e-pharmacy operation, an institutional pharmacy and a diagnostic facility do not present the same regulatory task. TLGS supports Tata 1mg by connecting the assigned activity and location with the relevant licensing, professional, inspection and local-compliance requirements.
The engagement combines central oversight with jurisdiction-specific execution and documented completion reporting. Our role is to support the regulatory work entrusted to TLGS across India—not to treat a national footprint as a single, uniform licence or to assume responsibility for every aspect of the client’s business.
