Institutional transformation is tested by whether design knowledge, supplier capability, quality assurance and production planning work together. A capable industrial organisation should be able to repeat an outcome, document conformity and support its customer over time. The transition from development to production therefore deserves its own governance and investment plan.
Bharat Pulse’s assessment is that supplier development and disciplined processes are central to industrial resilience. Management should identify bottlenecks in capacity, skills, documentation and maintenance rather than assume scale follows automatically from a successful demonstration.
