Different records prove different things
An award may establish assessed compensation without proving receipt. A succession document may identify an asserted interest without resolving title. A proposed share transaction may leave development permissions and operating control unchanged. The first task is to determine what each record actually establishes.
Connect the legal and commercial map
Transaction design is more credible when it starts from the rights that can lawfully be exercised and the conditions still to be fulfilled. That means aligning authority, approvals, liabilities and the contemplated commercial milestones rather than treating them as separate diligence checklists.
Build a conditional pathway
A phased structure can make responsibilities and dependencies visible. It should identify the evidence required for each step and preserve safeguards where the underlying issue remains unresolved. This is the common analytical discipline across the related TLGS land and investor-side mandates.
