A project proposition needs clear scope and responsibility. In EPC preparation, package interfaces and exclusions affect both qualification and execution risk. In financing, the distinction between physical progress and a satisfied sanction condition matters just as much.
Put dependencies in sequence
Lender replies, security documents, utility interfaces and commercial milestones can sit in different workstreams while depending on one another. A coordinated plan identifies what must happen first, what can proceed in parallel and what evidence closes each requirement.
Describe the delivered stage accurately
Tender readiness and a financing-response package are substantial deliverables, but they are not the same as an awarded project or a disbursed loan. The practical discipline is to make each stage executable and accountable without substituting an anticipated result for a completed action.
