The challenge

A national restaurant network operates under overlapping food-safety, municipal, fire, labour and premises-related requirements. The operating challenge is to manage those obligations location by location while giving the central organisation a consistent point of coordination and a usable delivery record.
Completion must reach the operating team
Obtaining an approval is only part of the assignment. Correct store mapping, documentation and handover are needed so that the organisation can use and retain the licence record.

Coordinate the licensing workstream
TLGS organised location-specific assignments within a centrally coordinated mandate, connecting the requirements of restaurant operations with the relevant regulatory interfaces.
Follow through across permission classes
The delivery record covers food-safety licensing, fire permissions, trade licences, Shops and Establishments or labour registrations, signage and other premises-related permissions where applicable.
Close the loop through reporting and handover
Completed items were recorded against the relevant outlets and reported to Jubilant FoodWorks. The reports document procurement of licences and dispatch of the corresponding hard copies to the client’s office.

This was operational delivery, not merely an advisory checklist. TLGS carried assigned licensing tasks through to procurement and documented handover, supporting Jubilant’s multi-brand restaurant operations through a coordinated national engagement with local execution requirements.
