A dispute strategy must survive contact with the record

From technical evidence and fiduciary instruments to award security: turning a legal position into coordinated procedural work.

Separate the questions requiring a decision

A complex dispute often contains several different issues: what happened, what a document authorises, which forum can decide the question and what protection is needed meanwhile. Combining them into one broad grievance can obscure the practical work that must be done.

Translate analysis into the procedural record

Chronologies, financial reconciliations, counsel instructions and issue-specific submissions connect a strategy with its implementation. The related work shows different versions of that task across infrastructure, trust governance and post-award protection.

Keep relief sought and relief obtained distinct

A prepared challenge, a protective order and final recovery describe different stages. A disciplined account identifies the work carried through at the relevant stage. That makes both the legal strategy and its commercial significance easier to understand.
