All financial approvals remain exclusively with Dr. Karan Garg, Managing Director.
Team members, advisers and relationship leads have no independent financial approval authority. Financial discussions require prior written Managing Director approval for your matter and direct interaction between the client and the authorised New Delhi team.
Never pay cash, a personal bank account, personal UPI ID or an intermediary for a TLGS engagement. Pay only into the designated account of the TLGS legal entity named in your engagement documents, against an official head-office payment request.
